
I just bought knee/shin supports for my shin splints. This condition causes me to stop early when running because it really hurts.
Recently, i added one goal in my bucket list and decided to dedicate some of my time to go to the next level and join a triathlon in the next two years. The ff are my plans:
1. Join a 5K, then 10K and 21K before yearend.
2. Acquire a racing bike by July and start long bike trails this year.
3. Join at least one bike race.
4. Start joining triathlons by next year.
The century super bods run is a good start and Im going to register for the 5K very soon.
